Upon booking we do require a non-refundable deposit of £50 which is to be deducted from the total treatment cost. The remaining balance may be settled either via cash or bank transfer.

As we are a busy clinic, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment. Non-attendance at an appointment means the time cannot be allocated to another client. 

For appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours notice, any booking deposits or payments will be re-allocated to a new appointment. 

For cancellations or no shows with less than 48 hours notice, we have the right to charge you a cancellation fee in accordance with your treatment cost.

You will be required to fill out a consent and medical history form prior to your appointment.

Please note: You must be over the age of 18 to receive any treatment with us. You will be asked to provide identification ie. passport or driver's license.

Consultation is required before booking an appointment FREE OF CHARGE.
